Units are mounted on 120 Gallon tanks with auto drain, hydraulic hoses, and fittings. The dryer Swingarm feature allows for easy maintenance by pulling a pin to access the compressor door panel plus saves space in your shop.

Air compressor motors consume a majority of the energy produced so the controls you put on the motor are very important. When a motor starts at full load voltage it causes a voltage sag on the power system, it can cause shock damage creating long term damage to your motor. You can save 25-70% on energy by using motor controls or variable frequency Drives. Our entire rotary screw line has the ability to have variable frequency Drives installed in them.

When a motor is started it takes as much as 8 times the full load motor current to start. An adjustable speed Drive can take on 50-70% of that motor full load current by starting the motor at zero frequency and voltage, it works by magnetizing the motor winding’s and builds the frequency and voltage slowly, in short the VS Drive starts at zero speed and accelerates smoothly up to your settings. Programmable controls allow for adjustable operating speeds as well. The Schneider Altivar71 VS Drive can be programmed to run at specific speeds, stop at a specific position, and they are even capable of applying a specific amount of torque. The ability to control these minimizes mechanical and electrical stress on the entire unit and most power companies will offer rebates when running VS Drives.

The compressor is controlled by a user friendly Logika PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) that allows for custom pressure adjustments between 100 and 145 PSI, low oil and high temperature sensors that will trigger shutdown, reverse fault shutdown, 15% low and high voltage fault shutdown, over AMP shutdown, maintenance service notifications, lighted display, hour meter, clock, continuous run, 20 minute no load shutdown, daily\weekly scheduled start up and shutdowns, auto restart if power is lost, and master\slave control between two units. The PLC's carry a 5 year warranty.

A full 10 year non pro-rated warranty with labor included for the first 12 months with the use of EMAX Smart Oil and filters.
